Return & Exchange Policy

At Maxxmonster, we carefully select clothing that we believe you will love. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our offerings to cater to every unique body shape and size.

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return or exchange items within 30 business days of delivery.

Refunds for the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please email us for assistance with the return and placing a new order. We’re here to help you find the perfect fit!

Return/Exchange Steps:

Email our customer service department to request assistance.
Carefully repackage the items in the original shipping box.
Include your name and/or order number in the package for identification.

Condition for Returns:

Item Condition: Must be new, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Restocking Fee: None.
Return Method: By Mail.
Shipping Cost: Free (we cover the return shipping cost).
Shipping Label: We will email you a return label once your return is approved.

Please Note: Any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:

Have been damaged due to customer actions (e.g., misuse, alterations, improper care).
Show excessive wear and tear or have reached the end of their intended lifespan.


Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has shipped. We appreciate your understanding.


Changes to Order
We can accommodate changes to size, color, or shipping address prior to shipping. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible for any adjustments.
