Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange any items within 30 business days of delivery.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@maxxmonster.com for assistance with the return and placing a new order.

Return/Exchange Steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@maxxmonster.com to request assistance with the return or exchange.
  2. Prepare the Item: Carefully repackage the items in the original shipping box. Make sure the items are in new, unworn, or unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  3. Include Information: Include your name and/or order number in the package for identification purposes.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item Condition: Must be new, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Return Method: All returns must be sent via mail.
  • Free Return Shipping: We cover the return shipping cost for all returns.
  • Return Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
    • Have been damaged due to customer actions (e.g., misuse, alterations, improper care).
    • Show excessive wear and tear or have reached the end of their intended lifespan.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Cancellations are not accepted once an order has shipped.

Changes to Orders:

  • Pre-shipping Changes: We can accommodate changes to size, color, or shipping address prior to shipment.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please contact us immediately if adjustments are needed.
